All our properties are let on a six-month assured shorthold tenancy agreement. In most cases we are unable to accept tenants on the local council bonding scheme or tenants receiving DHSS and in general pets are not allowed but will be at the discretion of the landlord.

Rents are normally quoted on a calendar month basis. In addition, the Tenant is usually responsible for council tax, water rates, gas, electricity and telephone costs. A deposit is required prior to occupation and is payable with the first months rent at the tenancy sign up.

There is an administration/agency fee per person 18 years or over of only £95.00 which is due to this company prior to the start of the tenancy to cover the tenants share of administration costs, including preparation of the tenancy agreement and any legal notices, referencing costs, credit checks. This is non-refundable.
