The fixed term will begin when the seller(s) have provided id and approved the draft sales brochure. In the unlikely event that a sale is agreed and then falls through, the inactive period will be a Marketing Hiatus. The fixed term will be extended by four weeks from the day of reduction with each change of the asking price to allow for remarketing of the property.
