We’d rather take a little longer to find the right tenant than rush the wrong one in, so every applicant is fully referenced first.

What certificates do I need to let my property?

The essentials include an annual Gas Safety certificate, an Energy Performance Certificate, an electrical safety report (EICR), working smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, Right to Rent checks and deposit protection in a regulated scheme. It’s a lot to keep track of — which is why compliance tracking is built into our management service, keeping you up to date with current legislation.

Is my rent protected if the tenant stops paying?

It can be. Our Fully Managed & Protected package includes Landlord Rent and Legal Protection Insurance, protecting your monthly rental income and covering legal costs if things go wrong. Ask our lettings team for details.

Do I have to manage the tenancy myself?

Only if you want to. Our Tenant Find service suits landlords who prefer to manage day-to-day themselves, while Fully Managed covers everything — rent collection, inspections, maintenance and renewals — with support available 7 days a week and online account access through our free landlord app.
