The period of 14 days commences from the date of instruction.

We must have undeniable access during the 14 day period. Including properties that have tenants in situ.

The property appraisal must be reflective of the current rental market values and not an increased rental above market conditions.

The property will need to be deemed habitable, whilst in good condition through out, this is ascertained at the point of consultation.
