Herne Bay’s Gold Winner, five years running
David Clarke Estate Agents have won the British Property Awards sales award for Herne Bay for the fifth successive year, judged independently on one thing: the customer service you receive.
Recognised for the way we look after you
The British Property Awards judge estate agents over an extended period, focusing on the level of customer service each agent provides. Our team performed outstandingly throughout, securing the Herne Bay sales award once again.
Winning five years in a row matters to us because it isn’t about one good month. It reflects how consistently our team answers calls, gives honest advice, keeps you updated and sees each move through to completion.
Five consecutive wins as Herne Bay’s British Property Awards winner.
How the British Property Awards are judged
Independently judged
The awards are free to enter, so agents can’t buy their way in. On average, over 90% of local agents who meet the minimum criteria are judged.
Over 25 criteria
Every agent is mystery shopped against more than 25 customer service criteria, using different methods and scenarios over time.
Judging your local market
Agents are compared with their local, regional and national competition, so the award reflects service against the other agents in Herne Bay.
“If an agent has been attributed with one of our awards, it is simply down to the fantastic customer service levels that they have demonstrated across a prolonged period of time.”
Shortlisted for national awards
David Clarke Estate Agents have also been shortlisted for a number of national awards, which will be announced later in the year.
